GOALS FOR THE FUTURE

As a veteran of Title I funded schools, my goal for the future is to use a broad reach to directly impact the students served under Title I of the Elementary and Secondary Education Act.  My goals include implementing research based methods of instruction and the utilization of Multi-Tiered Systems of Support (MTSS) and restorative justice principles to directly and positively impact the students I work with.  While this may seem broad, the overarching theme is to use all aspects of the school as a coalition to provide the best possible services to the students we serve.  It is my hope that by using these methods we can inspire students to succeed and eventually give back to the community.
